Each and every mask made by Morgan is created from hand-dyed leather using age-old techniques.
Each mask is sculpted by hand, all beadwork, feathers, plus other embellishments are applied
by hand, and each mask is signed, numbered, and dated. Because each mask is created completely
by hand, no two masks are exactly alike (even though they may be of the same design), making every
mask a one of a kind and an excellent addition to any mask collection.

I make my masks from vegetable tanned leather (left over from the beef industry), alcohol and
water based dyes, non-toxic acrylic leather paints, water-repellent clear acrylic topcoat, and
each mask's ties are 100% black leather ties, black elastic, or silk ribbon.

The backs of all my masks are sealed to protect those
who wear them from dye transfer to the skin.

Although I use a water-repellent topcoat, it by all means does not make it water proof. Masks
subjected to water can loose their shape. So, I don't recommend one to be worn in a rainstorm or
in the shower :-). If your mask does get moist, place on a like shaped item, such as a Styrofoam head,
and let dry completely. Because I use non-toxic leather paint and alcohol based dyes on vegetable
tanned leather, it does not mean you can gnaw on your mask. You should keep it out of the reach of
small children and pets so they won't gnaw on it either. Also, if you have any allergies to leather or
leather products, one of my masks would probably best serve you on display rather than being worn.
